Jim Elyot and Matthew Bisson are The Morning Rush.  But what does that mean?  For starters, it means only the finest Essential Alternative music to start your day, and we're not just talking about those lucky (or unlucky) enough to work "normal" hours.

The Rush starts at 6am and goes right through to 11, with all the stuff you need, like accurate weather, news about what matters to you and sports stuff from last night.  They've got people coming in every day to hit on issues that matter to you, and to give you inside info on the cool stuff you want to see and do.  Matt also digs pretty deep to give you up-to-the-second Alt News at ten to eight every morning.  Oh, and the Essential Alternative trax you've been suggesting to us?  Lots of those too.
